RETURN POLICY

We’re sure you will be 100% satisfied with the products you order from us at Von Franco Traditionals. Please note that we do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. We offer exchanges and store credit. The Purchaser is responsible for Return Shipping, and any Shipping Charges initially paid will not be refunded. If upon inspection, the items you received are not the items you ordered, or are damaged, you should contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for instructions. If you have not received your order within 14 business days of receiving your tracking email, please contact us immediately. We are not obligated to issue credits, refunds, or replacements, for any product issues dating over 30 days from original date of purchase.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

For Damages or Product Defects, please contact our Customer Service Department at 833-VFRANCO (833-837-2626) for directions.

Please follow these steps to return your order:

  1. Please contact us by phone: 833-VFRANCO (833-837-2626) or email for a return authorization before returning or exchanging item(s).
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
  3. Box or wrap the unopened/unused items using protective packing in the original containers.Enclose the original Packing Slip included in your order, and circle the item(s) you are returning. If you do not have the Packing Slip, please include a note indicating your name, original order number (web order confirmation), and quantity of products returned.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided in your Return Authorization email.

Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for products lost in shipping.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to exchange any items purchased within 90 days, directly from our website. Please contact us and follow Return Instruction steps above. Items must be in original, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. No exceptions.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds unless an item is received incorrect, damaged, or defective. We offer exchanges or store credit only. Shipping and handling charges will not be credited.

All eligible returns must be processed within 30 days from original date of purchase.
